About us
EcoPhi Associates, L3C designs, develops and stewards regenerative villages through its BIM Coordination & Ecological Design Process™, EcoModular Construction™ and Regenerative Manufacturing™. Its flagship initiative, EcoPhi Southern Oregon Regenerative Villages, is a phased regional network across Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, Medford, Jacksonville and Merlin that integrates intergenerational and elder-centered housing, regenerative agriculture, fire-conscious micro-manufacturing, hospitality and retreats, education and land stewardship into one connected economy — helping a wildfire-affected region rise like a phoenix. Partners include Talent Maker City, Arkitek Design & Architecture (local Architect of Record) and InteliBIM. Led by founder and CEO Jess Allen Glowacki, LEED-AP, M.Arch.
