What it does

From the invitation to the door

  • Free RSVPs and paid tickets

    Ticket tiers and deposits through your shop's Stripe checkout. A guest registers with a name and an email; no account needed.

  • Waitlists and applications

    Let people join a waitlist when it's full, or ask them to apply and choose who comes.

  • Reminders

    A confirmation with a calendar file, and reminders the day before and the hour before.

  • The door

    Each guest has a ticket QR. Share a door link with a volunteer to scan and check people in, and add walk-ins who pay cash.

  • Discount codes

    Percent or amount off, with an end date and a limit, for one event or all of them.

  • Co-hosts

    Host with another enterprise on the network and show them on the event page.

  • Upcoming events show on your marketing site, live, with Get tickets or RSVP.
  • Every guest is a person in your Relationships, tagged with the event.
  • A guest can join the community the event belongs to in the same step.
  • Who's coming is never shown to strangers; a public page shows counts only.

Where does ticket money go?

Paid tickets use your shop's Stripe checkout, so payments go to your enterprise's connected Stripe account.

Do guests need an account?

No. A guest registers with a name and an email and gets their ticket by email. They can sign in later with the same email.

Can I host an event on Starter?

Yes. Events are part of the portal on every enterprise plan.
